DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
The main driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence issued at least one year before the rental date. A passport or ID card is required at handover.
BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
A booking made on this website is a reservation request. It becomes confirmed once our team validates availability and confirms it by WhatsApp, phone or email.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
Payment is made at pickup unless agreed otherwise. A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category.
FUEL POLICY
Vehicles are delivered with a defined fuel level and must be returned at the same level. Missing fuel is charged at the local pump price plus a service fee.
INSURANCE
All rentals include basic third-party liability insurance. Full insurance can be added as an extra and reduces or removes the deductible.
CANCELLATION
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged one rental day.
MILEAGE AND USE
Unless stated otherwise, mileage is unlimited within Albania. Cross-border travel, off-road use, subletting and racing are prohibited without written approval.
DAMAGE AND FINES
The renter is responsible for traffic fines and for damage not covered by the selected insurance package.
